丙泊酚静脉麻醉在胃镜检查中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的观察静脉麻醉后行胃镜检查病人的依从性及对胃镜操作的影响。方法将1132例病人分成药物组(560例,辅以丙泊酚静脉麻醉)和对照组(572例,常规操作),记录两组在操作过程中的反应、检查时间及患者的满意度。结果药物组操作过程中患者的满意度高于对照组,操作时间及成功率无统计学差异。结论静脉麻醉辅助胃镜检查可增加患者的依从性,减少病人的痛苦,是一种安全、舒适、有效的方法,但不能缩短操作时间。Objective The study is to observe patients＇ compliance to gastroscopy after vein anesthesia and the anesthesia＇ s influence on gastroscopy. Methods A tor, d of 1132 patients was randomized into test group （ 560 cases given intravenous propofol） and the control group （572 cases without anesthetics）. Heart rate, blood pressure, blood oxygen saturation, operative duration, patients＇ satisfaction and complication were recorded. Results Patients in test group showed higher satisfaction during the operation compared with those in control group , there was no statistic difference in operative duration and achievement ratio between the two groups. Conclusion Vein anesthesia assisted gastroseopy is a safe , comfortable and effective eperation which can help to increase the patients compliance and decrease the distress during operation though the method itself can neither shorten the operative duration nor improve the achievement ratio .
