摘　　要：[目的]探讨胃腺癌组织中脆性组氨酸三联体(fragilehistidinetriad,FHIT)基因蛋白表达及其与临床病理的关系。[方法]采用SP免疫组化方法检测109例胃腺癌组织中FHIT蛋白表达,并分析其与临床病理指标的关系。[结果]109例胃腺癌组织中FHIT蛋白的阴性表达率为55.96%(61/109),而18例正常胃黏膜组织全部阳性表达。FHIT蛋白低表达率与胃腺癌组织学类型及组织学分级明显相关,而与TNM分期、浸润深度、淋巴结转移、器官转移以及患者年龄、性别均无相关性。[结论]FHIT蛋白缺失是胃腺癌中的频发事件,FHIT与胃腺癌的发生发展关系密切,可以成为监测胃腺癌的一个新的分子生物学指标。[Purpose] To investigate the expression of fragile histidine triad（FHIT） gene protein and relationship between FHIT protein expression and clinicopathological factors in gastric adenocarcinoma （GAC）. [Methods] 331e expression of FHIT protein was examined in 109 cases with GAC by immunohistochemical technique. Its relationship with clinicopathological factors was analyzed. [Results]Negative expression of FHIT protein was found in 55.96% of the 109 cases with GAC. All 18 cases with normal gastric mucosa were positive expression. Low expression of FHIT protein was correlated with histological grade and type, but not correlated with TNM stage, depth of tumor invasive, lymph node metastasis, organ metastasis, age and gender. [Conclusions] The loss of FHIT protein expression is a frequent event in GAC, FHIT may play an important role in oncogenesis and progression in GAC. The expression of FHIT protein can serve as a new marker for surveillance in GAC.
