摘 要:无机陶瓷膜由于其膜材料为化学性质稳定的金属氧化物,能很好地耐受工业己烷和高温条件, 适宜于混合油状态下的脱胶分离。本文研究了用孔径为0.05μm、0.02μm、截留分子量为20 000dal的无机陶瓷膜超滤大豆混合油,研究了膜通量与时间、压力、温度的关系。超滤结果表明:膜分离不但可以脱除95%以上的大豆磷脂,而且也脱除了部分游离脂肪酸。Inorganic ceramic membrane has properous prospect such as thermal, industrial hexane resistance. Because the materical of membrane is metal oxide with chemical properties stabilization, so it is feasible to degum in miscella. The soybean miscella were ultrafilated by inorganic ceramic membrane with aperture of 0.05μm,0.02μm and molecular weight cut off 20000 dal, and among the flux of membrane and the time, the filtration pressure, the temperature . The results showed that more than 95% of phospholipids was removed during the ultra-filtration. Moreover, the retention of FFA in the oil were observed, in the experiment.
