摘　　要：本文介绍了喷雾干燥血浆蛋白粉的主要生产工艺,即血浆分离、超滤浓缩血浆蛋白、喷雾干燥。提出主要的生产工艺参数及存在的问题。This paper reviewed the main production process of spray - dried plasma protein, which contains centrifugal separation of plasma,ultra -filtration of plasma protein and spray drying of plasma protein. Meanwhile the problem and the main technologic parameter in the process of production were preferred in this paper.
