摘　　要：过程化、个性化的建筑教育,强调一种动态的、灵活的思维方式,它对建筑人才的培养是“全过程”的动态积成与“尊重个性”的异步生成,是“进行式”与“多元化”的多层面推进。过程化、个性化的建筑教育对学生的训练及评价是基于过程的引导和考察,有利于确立和保证学生在学习过程中主动,为造就更高质量的建筑专业人才创造了条件。In the course of architectural education, individualization emphasizes dynamic and flexible thinking. Meanwhile, individualized education is also the result of qualified architectural personnel training, the outcome of respect to individuals, and the further development of pursuing ＂ diversity＂ and ＂ progress＂ . Individualized education of architecture in progress trains and assesses students on the basis of guiding and observing during the educational course; it is beneficial to the guarantee of active learning of students; it provides essential conditions for highqualified architectural personnel training.
