摘　　要：从1950年代中国围绕苏联援助的156项重点工程进行的工业建设选址布局入手,研究了新兴工业城市的发展目标、类型与建设发展模式,剖析了新兴工业城市规划的类型与内容,阐述了新兴工业城市规划的本质、作用及其历史地位。The paper reviews the location of the 156 Soviet-aided key industrial projects in China in the 1950s. It studies the goals, types and development model of China＇s new industrial city and analyses the types and contents of new industrial city planning, and expounds its nature, role and historical status.
