摘　　要：随着工作流技术的迅速发展,以过程管理为核心的工作流管理系统(WfMS)出现了很多,选取一个适合本企业的WfMS就成为使用者首先要解决的问题之一。文章提出了一种WfMS的常用AHP构建,并根据此层次构建应用模糊数学中模糊数理论对不同的WfMS进行定性分析,给每一个WfMS进行“评分”,最终根据分值选出适合于企业的最优WfMS。With the rapid development of workflow technology, there appear many workflow management systems （WfMS）, which base on process mangagement. However, the users of WfMS have to face such a problem： how to select a WfMS fit for their enterprise. To solve the problem, we propose a generic AHP construction of WfMS. Based on the AHP model, we also propose a qualitive analyzation using fuzzy number theory and gives each WfMS which is under evaluation a qualitative value according to which the best WfMS for a enterprise can be selected out.
