Research on Effects of Teaching-leading Style of PE Teacher in Higher Education on the Psychological Adaptation of Undergraduates in China

摘  要:运用“学生在校行为问卷”和“教师主导行为问卷”,对部分高校的823名大学生进行调查,分析高校体育教师不同教学主导行为下大学生心理适应状况。研究表明:大学生的心理适应与其感知到的教师民主行为是正相关,而与权威主导行为是负相关;不同年级大学生之间的心理适应存在非常显著的差异;男女大学生之间的心理适应存在着非常显著的差异;男生更多地感知到了教师的权威主导行为和放任行为,女生则更多地感知到了教师的民主行为。Adopted the "Questionnaire of student Behavior in college" and "Questionnaire of Teacher's Leader Behavior , this study conducted an investigation among 823 college students, and explored the current situation of psychological adaptation under the different teaching leading behavior of PE teachers in higher education. The results of this study indicated that psychological adaptation of the college students had positive correlation with the teachers' diplomatic leading behavior, however, it showed negative relevance with demanding leading behavior; Freshman and sophomore were quite different from each other as far as psychological adaptation was concerned; The male college students and female college students were quite different from each other as far as psychological adaptation was concerned; the male students were used to be with demanding leading behavior and easy going leading behavior; the female students seemed to like persuasive teaching behavior.
