星形细胞瘤PTEN、p27的表达及相关性研究

摘　　要：目的检测PTEN和p27在星形细胞瘤中的表达,探讨二者表达的意义。方法采用免疫组化S-P法检测星形细胞瘤PTEN和p27的表达,应用SPSS10.0统计软件进行数据处理。结果PTEN、p27在星形细胞瘤表达阳性率均随病理分级升高而降低(P<0.05);PTEN表达水平与p27表达水平正相关(P<0.05)。结论PTEN及p27表达下调与星形细胞瘤的发生发展有关。PTEN可能通过正调节p27的表达发挥其抑癌作用。Objective To examine the expression of PTEN and p27 in astrocytoma and to investigate their meaning. Methods Expressions of them were determined by immuohistoehernistry S-P teehnique. Data were processed by SPSS Version 10.0. Results The positive rates of PTEN and p27 protein expression were deereased with histopathologieal grading（ P 〈 0.05） ; p27 showed a positive correlation with PTEN expression level（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion PTEN and p27 expression has descending trends in astroeytoma,indicating that both genes may play an important role in the carcinogenesis and development of astrocytoma. PTEN may suppress the tumor through up-regulating p27 expression.
