氩氦刀治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨氩氦刀冷冻治疗对肺癌的疗效。方法:选择78例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者,行氩氦刀冷冻治疗,治疗前后采血检测免疫指标。结果:①氩氦刀经皮穿刺治疗肺肿瘤是一种对病人损伤小,副作用少,恢复快,疗效确切的治疗方法,为广大肿瘤患者提供了一种理想的治疗途径。②氩氦刀治疗不仅可以从宏观上观察到治疗效果,而且可以调动和激发患者自身的免疫功能,大大提高了患者的整体治疗效果。结论:氩氦刀冷冻治疗安全、可靠、疗效确切,可提高机体免疫功能。Objective To study clinical curative effect of cryosurgery for treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer . Method 78 patients with advanced non small cell lung cancer were treated by cryosurgery . Patient＇s serum were injected with NK, CTL,T-cell subgroup. Results （1） Our findings indicate that Endocare CryocareTM Surgical System is an effective and safe technique to treat advanced non-small cell lung cancer and complication is little. （2）Endocare Cryocare TM Surgical System can irritate the body＇s anti-tumor immunity. Conclusion Cryotherapy is an effective methods for advanced non- small cell lung cancer . Cryotherapy can irritate the body,s anti-tumor immunity.
