摘 要:利用微胶囊技术制备了以给电子染料前体和光固化物质为囊芯,以聚脲为囊壁的光敏热响应型微胶囊,并以该微胶囊为感光单元,形成记录材料,以记录材料为载体,对微胶囊的光敏特性进行了研究。microcapsules containing a basic dye precursor and an photo-curing materials as the core there of was made. The wall of the microcapsule were impermeable to both the basic dye precursor and developer at room temperature, but at a temperature of a thermal head during a recording process,become permeable to at least one of the basic dye precursor and developer,thereby permitting formation of a colored image as a result of the reaction between the basic dye precursor and developer. But because of radiation curing reaction, the core of the capsules after exposure were permeable. So the recording material containing the photo-thermal-icrocapsules could sensitive to light, and be developed by heat it. And the photo-thermal curve of the recoding material were obtained.
