摘 要:研究了利用光谱法对制备不浸酸铬鞣剂C-2000反应的氧化还原动力学特征,以及在不同条件下有机酸配体的引入对配合物结构的影响及变化规律。结果表明:Cr(Ⅵ)的浓度高于SO2的浓度,反应有可能要在1min左右才能达到平衡;在温度很低的情况下,如5℃左右,氧化还原反应也能以较快的速度进行;酸度的增加能加快氧化还原反应的速率。有机配体甲酸根的引入,吸光度有增大趋势,吸收峰位有不同程度的偏离。温度较高时,更有利于酸根进入配合物内界,甲酸根进入配体的速度加快。The redox kinetics character of preparing non - pickling chrome tanning agent C - 2000 was investigated by spectroscopic analysis. The influence and its variation rule of the organic acid introduction under different conditions on the structure of complex was also studied. Results show that the Cr(Ⅵ)concentration is higher than SO2 and the reaction reaches a balance after about lmin. When the temperature is very low, for instance about 5℃, the redox reaction could also proceed at a relatively high rate and increasing acidity could speed the reaction rate. Meanwhile, the absorbance has an increasing tendency and the absorption peak deviates to some extent after the introduction of organic ligand, namely formate group. And the higher the temperature is, the faster the formate groups enter into complex.
