摘　　要：新形势下中学图书馆员的素质如何直接关系到中学图书馆的生存和发展。作为中学图书馆员应该具备良好的政治素质、道德素质、专业文化素质和身心素质。我们应采取多种途径提高中学图书馆员的综合素质,以适应中学图书馆未来工作需要。Under new situations, the existence and development of libraries in high schools is directly related to the qualities of librarians in high schools. As a librarian, he/she should possess excellent political, moral, professional and cultural qualities and sound physical conditions and moral quality. To meet the job requirement of libraries in high schools in the future, we should take measures to improve overall qualities of librarians.
