吻合器在低位直肠癌保肛术中的临床应用

摘　　要：为探讨吻合器在低位直肠癌保肛术中的应用价值，回顾性分析78例低位直肠癌治疗的经验。根治性切除72例，其中保肛手术52例，Miles手术20例。一次性吻合成功50例，术后发生吻合口漏、吻合口狭窄和吻合口复发各1例。术后3个月排便正常。结果表明，应用吻合器操作方便，安全可靠，手术时间明显缩短，使低位直肠癌保肛成功率大大提高，改善了患者的生存质量。The applicable value of stapler during anus-preserving operation in the treatment of low rectal carcinoma was evaluated in the retrospective study. Of the 78 treated cases,radical resection was performed in 72 cases（52 cases underwent anus-preserving operation,20 cases received Miles operation）. As results, one-stage successfull anastomosis was achieved in 50 cases,postoperative anastomotic leakage occurred in 1 case,anatomotic stricture in 1 case, and anastomotic recurrence in 1 case. Defectation was normal later 3 monthes after surgical treatment. It is revealed that stapler application is able to shorten operative duration of time,enhance anus-preserving rate,and improve patients＇ survival quality due to the simple manipulation and reliable feature.
