摘　　要：目的探讨TGF-β1在实验性根尖周病愈合中作用,为临床治疗提供依据。方法35只Wister大鼠上颌磨牙制成根尖周炎动物模型,用组织病理学方法观察根尖病变区组织愈合情况。结果实验组病变部位3天就可见细胞增生活跃,7 d出现骨组织修复现象,而对照组21 d出现骨组织修复现象。结论TGF-β1在慢性根尖周炎的骨性愈合过程中发挥积极的修复作用。Objective To discuss the effect of TGF-β1 on experimental periapical lesions healing and to provide theoretic bases for clinical therapy.Methods The experimental periapieal lesions was established in maxillary molar of 35 Wister rats,healing of pefiapieal lesions was detected by hisopathologieal way. Results The active proliferation cell was observed on the 3^rd day and new bone formation was observed on the 7^th day in experimental group,while the new bone formatted on 21^at day in control group. Conclusion TGF-β1 had the positive function in experimental periapieal lesions healing.
