摘 要:目的探讨sFas的产生机制及其作为乳腺癌早期诊断标志物的可行性。方法采用ELISA方法对sFas在不同乳腺疾病和正常乳腺组织中以及在不同病理类型乳腺癌中的浓度水平进行比较分析;采用ELISA方法和流式细胞技术对乳腺癌中血清sFas的浓度水平与Fas的表达和临床各病理学参数之间的关系进行比较分析。结果乳腺癌sFas浓度水平明显高于乳腺良性疾病及正常对照组,乳腺不典型增生中sFas水平又明显高于乳腺腺瘤及正常对照组,结果具有显著性差异;在不同病理类型乳腺癌中sFas水平无显著性差异;51例乳腺癌的患者的血清sFas水平在肿瘤大小、临床分期、肿瘤转移中结果有显著性差异,sFas浓度水平与Fas阳性表达呈显著负相关。结论sFas主要来源于肿瘤细胞;其浓度变化对术前或早期诊断有重要意义。Objective To discuss the producing mechanism of sFas and its feasibility as a symbol of breast cancer early diagnosis.Methods Compare and analyze the concentration levels of sFas in different breast diseases and normal breast tissues as well as in breast cancers with various pathology types with ELISA technique;compare and analyze the relationship between concentration level of serum sFas in breast cancer and Fas expression with different clinic pathology parameters with ELISA and Stream Cell Technique. Resuits The concentration level of sFas in breast cancer is obviously higher than that in breast benign diseases and normal compared goups, and that in untypical hyperplasia of mammary glands is also significantly higher than that of breast adenoma and normal compared groups, with significantly different results; the sFas levels in breast cancers with various pathology types have no obvious differences; the serum sFas levels of 51 breast cancer sufferers have obvious differences in the results of tumor sizes,clinic phases,and tumor transferring,and the concentration levels of sFas is relevant negatively with the Fas positive expression. Conclusion
