PTEN、p53在喉癌组织中的表达及其相互关系

摘　　要：目的研究 PTEN(第10号染色体同源的丢失性磷酸酶-张力蛋白基因 phosphatase and tensinhomology deleted on chromosometen,FFEN)和 p53在喉鳞状细胞癌中的表达,探讨其与喉癌的临床特征的关系,及两者的相关性,从而对临床工作起一定的指导作用。方法用 P-V9000免疫组织化学法检测38例喉鳞状细胞癌组织中 PTEN 及 p35蛋白的表达,并取10例声带息肉组织作对照。结果 PTEN 在喉癌组织中阳性表达率为60.53%,在对照组中阳性表丛率为100.00%,差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。p53蛋白在喉鳞癌中有的阳性表达率为60.5%,在对照组中阳性表达率为0.00%,差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论 PTEN 和 p53可以作为判断喉鳞状细胞癌生物学特性的参考指标,两者可能有协同作用。Purpose To investigate the expression of PTEN, p53 in latyngeal squamous earelnoma and the relationships with clinical characteristics of laryngeal carcinoma. Methods To investigate the expression of PTEN and p53 protein in 38 laryngeal squamous cell careinoma（LSCC） by immunohistoehemical method （PV9000）. Ten polyp of vocal cord served as control. Results The positive expression rate of PTEN and p53 respectively was 60.53 %, 60.5 % in laryngeal carcinoma, 100.00% ,0.00% in comparative group and the statistical difference was significant. （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion PTEN and p53 may act as a reference index in judging the biological speciality of LSCC.
