IgY牙膏预防乳牙龋的临床实验研究

摘　　要：目的：研究抗龋IgY牙膏乳牙防龋效果。方法：4～4．5岁幼儿100人，随机分成实验组和对照组，每位受试者经过3个月洗脱期后，实验组应用抗龋IgY牙膏，对照组幼儿应用不含IgY的空白牙膏，并分别对实验前、实验后9个月、18个月的患龋率、龋均、龋面均的变化作一对比研究，以评价抗龋IgY牙膏的防龋效果。结果：应用抗龋IgY牙膏9个月，实验组、对照组间新增龋均、新增龋面均均有显著性差异（P〈0．05）；18个月，实验组、对照组间的发病率、新增龋均、新增龋面均有极为显著性差异（P〈0．01），实验组明显低于对照组；且随着抗龋IgY牙膏应用时间的延长，新增龋均、新增龋面均的下降趋势更加明显。结论：抗龋IgY牙膏能降低乳牙龋病的发病率、龋均，具有一定的防龋效果。AIM： AIM：To study the effect of the anticarious IgY toothpaste on deciduous teeth. METHODS ： One hundred children aged 4 ～ 4.5 were divided into 2 groups randomly. After a 3 - month elution period, every subject brushed with IgY toothpaste or control paste respectively. Prevalence rate, dmft and dmfs were examined on baseline after 9 months and 18 months. RESULTS： The carious incidence and the change of dmft and dmfs showed significant difference between the two groups after IgY toothpaste was used. And when the use of IgY toothpaste became longer, a better efficiency was found. CONCLUSION： Anticarious IgY toothpaste is efficient in preventing caries on deciduous teeth.
