摘　　要：目的:探讨CT、MRI对鼻咽癌颅底骨转移侵犯的诊断价值。资料与方法:采用CT或MR平扫和增强扫描诊断鼻咽癌、颅底转移侵犯海绵窦。鼻咽癌侵犯颅底并侵犯一侧海绵窦病例12例,均经过CT和MR扫描。结果:鼻咽癌侵犯海绵窦的影像表现为一侧海绵窦形态增宽,密度以及信号改变;结论:结合临床较易诊断。Object To investigate the image manifestation on the nasopharyngeal carcinoma（NPC） invaded the cavernous sinus. Methods： Adopt CT and MRI diagnosing the NPC invaded the cavernous sinus, NPC invaded the base of skull and continued to the cavernous sinus, all those 12 cases, all those patients scanning with CT and MR. Results： On the images, NPC invaded the cavernous sinus display one side of the cavernous sinus is widening than the normal, and the transform in the density and the signal. Conclusion： It is easy to give a diagnosis if connection with datum on clinic.
