白酒对健康大鼠凝血及纤溶的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨白酒对健康大鼠凝血及纤溶的影响。方法将大鼠随机分为正常对照组、阿司匹林组、白酒低、中、高剂量组,灌胃4个月后,抽静脉血查PT、FB、TT、PAI、t-PA。结果白酒高剂量组与其他组相比PT延长,差异有统计学意义,P<0．05。FB、TT;t-PA、PAI值各组间差异无统计学意义,P>0．05。结论白酒高剂量可使大鼠的PT延长,具有抗凝作用。Objective To investigate the effects of Liquor Wine on coagulation and fibrinolysis in rats. Methods The rats were randomly derided into five groups： the normal control group, the aspirin group, the low- dose wine group, the moderate - dose wine group and the high - dose wine group.After the rats were fed for 4 months, the blood in vein were drew to test PT, FB, TT, PAI, t - PA. Results The PT of high - dose wine group was longer than that of other groups.There were significant differences amongthem （P〈0.05） . There were not significant differences among these groups on FB, TT, t-PA, PAI（P〉0.05）. Condusion The high - dose wine make PT longer of rats, and it has anti - coagulation effect.
