摘　　要：目的探讨脊柱嗜酸性肉芽肿的诊断和手术适应征及治疗方法的选择。方法分析经病理证实的11例脊柱嗜酸性肉芽肿的临床表现,X线、CT、MR影像学表现和治疗效果。结果11例患者随访9个月至12年,10例患者症状缓解,1例复发,行二次手术加放疗,症状缓解。结论手术切除加术后小剂量放疗是治疗脊柱嗜酸性肉芽肿有效的方法。Objective To discuss the diagnoses and treatment of vertebral eosinophilic granuloma. Methods The clinical data and imaging features （X-ray,CT and MRI）and treatment of eleven patients with vertebral eosinophilic granuloma confirmed by biopsy were retrospectively analyzed. Results All of eleven cases were followed up from nine months to twelve years. Ten patients were recovered. The symptom of one patients was relapsed. After second treatment the patient was recovered. Conclusion Surgical treatment with brachytherapy is effective to vertebral eosinophilic granuloma.
