摘　　要：目的:通过114例医疗纠纷的相关因素分析,旨在借鉴教训,防范类似纠纷发生。方法:将近2年来发生的114例医疗纠纷逐一进行剖析、归类和统计。结果:纠纷发生率系统间差异显著,外科系统>内科系统>医技系统。各种原因引发的纠纷前3位依次是医疗缺陷、预后评估缺陷及并发症。结论:医疗纠纷可影响医院的安定和发展,严格遵守各项规章制度,加强管理,保证医疗质量,医疗纠纷是可以避免和减少的。Objective in order to sum up experience and prevent same medical. Various ralative elements of medical accusation in 141 patients were analysed. Methods all details of each medical accusation in 141 patients during two years had been analysed and put into different kinds and taken into statistic analysis Results There are prominent differetiation in the rate of medical accusion among . different departments in our hospital . the rate of medical accusation in surgery is high ,medicine is middle, auxiliary departments is lower, and the first reason causing medical accusion is medical defect, the second reason is prognostic evalution, the third reason is complication. Conclusion There are tight rations between medical accusation to stability and development of hospital. To decrease the rate of medical accusation in hospital, what we can do are strictly abiding by various regulation, enhancing managements and persisting in high medical quality.
