摘　　要：介绍了计算机肿瘤细胞显微图象处理与识别系统，论述了肿瘤显微图象的预处理技术及细胞形态特征参数的提取、数据处理与肿瘤细胞数据库的建立。系统应用了体视学由二维结构信息定量推论出三维结构信息，为生物形态三维定量研究提供了方法。This paper briefly introduces a microimage system of tumor processing and recognition developed recently. The preprocessing technique of micro image of tumor, the method to obtain the feature parameters of the cell shape, data processing and database building techniques are discussed. The system uses the stereology that deduces the 3D information of structure from 2D information of structure and provides the method to study quantitatively the 3D information of a biological shape.
