摘　　要：目的探索治疗血管瘤的最佳方案。方法收治婴幼儿血管瘤患者共56例,分别采用泼尼松、平阳霉素和脉冲染料激光治疗,部分患者未经任何治疗。结果患者经泼尼松、平阳霉素治疗完全消退年龄平均5.4年,经脉冲染料激光治疗完全消退年龄平均3.8年,未经任何治疗患者消退年龄5.8年。结论激光治疗是治疗血管瘤的有效方法。Objective To try to find the best method for the management hemangiomas. Methods 56 cases of hemangiomas were treated . The treatment modalities used included prednisone and pulsed dye lasers , and part of suffereres were observed without treatment. Results The complete involution average age for prednisone and was found 5.4 years and the pulsed dye lasers was 3.8 years, and the part of without treatment was 5.8 years. Conclusions Pulsed dye lasers is one of the best method to treat hemangiomas.
