摘　　要：从个体无意识认知的角度,讨论内隐性别刻板印象对女大学生的成就动机的消极影响,并提出一定的解决对策,帮助女大学生提高成才意识,激发她们成就动机,以适应现代化社会对人才的要求。From the angle of individual unconscious cognition, this thesis discusses the negative effects of implicit gender stereotypes to femalegraduate students＇ self-achievement motivation.To help female students raise their awareness to be useful, to arouse their achievementmotivation and meet the demands of modern society,this thesis hasbrought forward certain countermeasures.
