摘　　要：随着人们生活水平的不断提高，饮食结构和生活习惯的改变，慢性溃疡性结肠炎的发病率渐上升，治愈难度大，且易复发，并与结肠癌的发病有一定的关系，中西药治疗本病，通过动物模型进行研究，取得了显著成效，但有的尚待完善。Along with the increase of living standard, the changes of food and drink and living habit, the incidence of ulcerative colitis is rising. Ulcerative colitis is difficult to cure, easy to recur, and related to colon carcinoma. By animal model study, traditional Chinese and western medicine are treated and make some progresses, but need to improve.
