摘  要:目的探讨三磷酸腺苷-氯化镁(ATP-MgC l2)对兔肝缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法健康大白耳兔16只随机分为两组,每组8只:Ⅰ组:缺血再灌注组,Ⅱ组:ATP-MgC l2组。分别于阻断肝门前、阻断60m in、血液再灌注60m in及120m in自下腔静脉采血测定ALT、LDH,自肝脏切取组织分别测定肝组织中MDA以及行光镜、电镜检查。结果Ⅱ组肝缺血末及再灌注期血清中ALT、LDH与Ⅰ组同期比较差异显著(P<0.01);肝组织中MDA含量与Ⅰ组同期比较,存在显著差异(P<0.01);病理改变程度较Ⅰ组轻。结论ATP-MgCObjective To investigate the protective effects of ATP - MgCl2 on rabbit liver ischemia reperfusion injury. Methods 16 rabbits (2. :2 to 2. 5kg) were randomized into two groups (8 rabbits in each group) : IR group and ATP - MgCl2 group. Blood and liver tissue samples were obtained respectively before occlusion,60min after occlusion and 60,120min after reperfusion to analyze ALT, LDH level in serum( vena cava inferior) ,malondiadehyde(MDA) in liver parenchyma. The liver samples were examined under light and electron microscope. Results In ATP - MgCl2 group, level of ALT,LDH level in serum,were significantly lower than those in IR group ( P 〈0. 01 ), MDA contents in liver tissue had significantly lower than IR group( P 〈0. 01 ). Under light and electron microscope, pathologic changes were subsidence in ATP - MgCl2 group. Conclusion ATP - MgCl2 could effectively prevent hepatic ischemia reperfusion injury and improve the tolerance of the liver ischemia.
