摘　　要：目的研究乳腺癌高频超声表现,提高诊断准确性。方法回顾分析85例病理证实的乳腺癌超声资料。结果形态不规则、毛刺样改变、高回声晕环、簇状钙化斑、回声衰减、纵横比大于1等是乳腺癌的典型表现。而形态规则、边界清晰、后方回声增强、囊实性、小于10mm及中高回声的乳腺癌超声容易误诊。结论超声对乳腺癌有较高的诊断价值。Objective To evaluate the high-frequency ultrasonography image of breast cancer and improve diagnosis capability. Methods 85 cases of pathology confirmed breast cancer were retrospectively reviewed. Results The typical hyper-frequency ultrasonography image of breast cancer were as follows：irregular morphology, burrs margin, hyper halo echo, cluster micro-calcification, echo attenuation and aspect ratio 〉 1, while those with regular morphology,clear border, posterior echo enhanced, solid-cystic content, size 〈 10mm and medium to hyper echoic were easy to misdiagnose, Conclusion High-frequency ultrasound is an ideal imaging method for breast cancer.
