摘  要:退火加热时间是HPH罩式炉生产控制的依据,控制模型计算的准确性直接影响生产的自动化水平和效率。由于引进的控制模型不能完全适应宝钢现场条件,计算值不准确,需要人工干预,增加了控制的随机性。经过验证的传热模型虽然能够准确地模拟退火过程,求得退火时间,但其计算速度不能满足现场控制要求。本文在原控制模型的基础上,采用回归方法建立了退火加热时间的数学模型,回归使用的数据是传热模型的计算值。方差分析表明,该模型与数据拟合较好。The annealing time is the foundation of oontroUing production for HPH bell furnace, and control model accuracy has effect on automatic level and efficiency of production. As the introduced control model does not completely accord with the conditions of production field, the results are not accurate and workers must adjust it, which results in that the annealing time has strong randomness. The heat transfer mathematic model which been tested can simulate the annealing process and achieve heating time exactly, but its caluculating speed can not satisfy the production requirement. The mathematic model of annealing time is set up adopting regression method on basis of primary model, and the regression datum was from results calculated by heating transfer model. Analyses show the model is in agreement with datum through calculating variance.
