摘  要:目的探讨酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法检测食品中呋喃唑酮的可行性。方法采用国际上先进的ELISA检测法和酶标读数仪定量检测。结果呋喃唑酮含量在50~4 050 ng/kg之间,CV%为2%~5%,回收率为87.8%~107.2%,标准曲线r=-0.995^-0.999。结论该方法具有灵敏度高、干扰少、测定步骤简便、快速的优点。操作安全,设备投资少,测定结果准确可靠。[Objective] To explore the feasibility of applying ELISA for the determination of furazolidone in foods. [ Methods] Quantitative determination was carried out with the advanced ELISA detection method and stat Fax 303 readout. [ Results] The content of furazolidone was between 50 and 4050 ng/kg; CV was 2% to 5% ; the recovery rate was 87.8% to 107.2% ; standard curve r was between -0.995 and - 0.999. [Conclusion] This method is simple, sensitive and rapid with little interference. The determination result is accurate and reliable.
