摘  要:目的研究超量焦亚硫酸钠摄入对雄性小鼠睾丸显微结构的影响,探讨焦亚硫酸钠对小鼠的生殖毒性作用。方法雄性健康昆明属小鼠20只,随机分对照组和实验组,对照组小鼠喂食自来水,实验组小鼠代以1%焦亚硫酸钠溶液喂食。10 d后,处死小鼠,取出睾丸,常规石蜡制片染色,光镜观察。结果实验组小鼠睾丸组织中间质细胞和精原细胞胞质呈水样变性,出现红染细小的颗粒状物质,颗粒周围有大小不等的淡染区。结论1%焦亚硫酸钠喂食后,引起小鼠睾丸组织细胞损伤,提示1%焦亚硫酸钠对小鼠有生殖毒性作用。Objective To study the effect of overdose sodium metahisulfite on microstructure of mice testis and discuss the toxic effect on mice reproduction. Methods Twenty healthy male mice of Kunming Genus was divided into two groups randomly: control group and test group. The tap water was fed in the control group, while 1% sodium metabisulfite solution were fed in the test group, for 10 days. On the 10th day, took out testis, fixed in the Bouin fixtion solution, conventionally produced and section and stain. Finally observed under the optical microscope. Results The cytoplasm of mesenchymal cell and sperrnatogonium in test group showed hydropic degeneration. Conclusion After a feeding of 1% sodium metahisulfite solution, testis tissue showed hydropic degeneration, that is, toxic effect on mice reproduction can be caused by overdose sodium metahisulfite.
