海口市寄生虫污染蔬菜的调查

摘　　要：目的:了解海口市蔬菜被寄生虫污染的情况,为市民防治寄生虫病提供科学依据。方法:用涂片、漂浮、碘染色法检查清洗蔬菜的沉淀物。结果:检查10个点中的10种蔬菜,共470份,在5种蔬菜的19份中发现寄生虫,检出率为4.04%。结论:海口市蔬菜被寄生虫污染率为4.04%。Objective： To find out the conditions of the parasite-infecting vegetables in Haikou City and provide the scientific foundation in prevention and treatment of parasitosis for citizens. Methods： Smearing, floating and iodine dyeing methods were used to check the sediment washed from the vegetables. Results： The 470 samples of 10 kinds of vegetables from Haikou vegetable markets were collected to check. The 19 samples from 5 kinds of vegetables were found to having parasites,the positive infecting rate was 4.04%. Conclusions： The rate of parasite infecting vegetables was 4.04% in Haikou city.
