摘 要:川西天然气集输管网系统庞大而复杂,而管网最优规划是在气田开发地面工程建设中必须首先解决的问题,它不仅涉及到从井口到一级集气站,从一级集气站到二级集气站等的管网布置,还涉及到各级和各个集气站的布局。文章针对效益和费用两个目标,建立了川西集输管网系统最优规划的数学模型,并应用资源优化ReO软件进行了仿真计算,得出了川西管网的最优规划方案。该管网系统最优规划研究成果,不仅适用于新建天然气管网系统,还适用于已建管网系统的评价和改造。The natural gas gathering and transmission pipeline network system of West Sichuan is huge and complicated. The optimal planning of pipeline network should be taken as a priority for oil and gas field surface engineering while developing an oilfield or a gas field. The optimal planning involves not only pipeline network disposition from wellhead to primary gas gathering station, but also from primary gas gathering station to secondary gas gathering station. It also includes the configurations of gas gathering stations with different level and type. Mathematical model has been established for the optimal planning of West Sichuan gathering and transmission pipeline network in terms of benefit and cost. Meanwhile, ReO-a resource optimization software-has been applied for simulation calculation. Then, the optimal planning of West Sichuan pipeline network was obtained. The optimal plan of gas gathering pipeline system can not only be used for a newly-built gas gathering pipeline network system, but also can be used for evaluating and revamping of an existent pipeline network system.
