摘 要:以淀粉为基本原料,通过与丙烯酰胺的接枝共聚反应制备聚合物沙土稳定剂,优选合成条件为:m(淀粉):m(丙烯酰胺):m(引发剂):1.00:0.60:0.02,反应温度为75℃,反应30min。傅立叶红外光谱分析证明产物为淀粉-丙烯酰胺接枝共聚物。淀粉-丙烯酰胺接枝共聚产物用作沙土稳定剂的应用试验结果表明,当接枝共聚产物用量为土样质量的0.2%时,土样的初始侵蚀风速提高到16.0~24.0m/s,水侵蚀率降为10.0%,粒径大于0.28mm稳定性团聚体含量上升到44.8%。A sandy soil stabilizer, starch-acrylamide graft copolymer, was synthesized. The optimum reaction conditions were obtained as mass ratio of starch to acrylamide and initiator 1 : 0.6 : 0.02, reaction temperature 75 degrees C, reaction time 30 min. The product was proved to be starch-acrylamide graft copolymer by FTIR analysis. The application of the product to be used as a sandy soil stabilizer showed that, when the ratio of grafted copolymer to soil sample weight was 0.2%, the wind speed for incipient erosion increased to 16.0~24.0 m/s, and the water erosion ratio declined to 10.0 percent. Moreover, the content of aggregates with diameter more than 0.28 mm in the soil samples went up to 44.8 percent.
