刍议钱学森科学思想的结构框架和普及应用

摘　　要：钱学森院士不仅是当今世界杰出科学家,更是科学思想家、人民思想家。在以往所提钱学森科学思想这一大概念的基础上探讨了钱学森科学思想的框架。建议在全国特别是干部和知识分子中开展马克思主义哲学的普及性学习;组织编写关于钱学森科学思想的普及性读本与专业性系列丛书;研究与运用钱学森院士成才的成功经验与规律,进行教育试点,以孕育一批科技帅才,广泛培养创新型人才。这对于贯彻科学发展观,优化与加速社会主义现代化建设必将起重要作用。Academician Qian Xuesen is not only an outstanding scientist, but also a scientific thinker, and a people＇s thinker in the world of today. Based on the grand concept of Qian Xuesen＇s scientific thinking mentioned in the past, the framework of Qian Xuesen＇s scientific thinking is dealt with. It is suggested to launch the popularized study of Marxist philosophy among the people all over the country, especially among the cadres and intellectuals, to compile the popularized writings and specialized series of books about Qian Xuesen＇s scientific thinking, to study and apply the successful experiences and law for Qian Xuesen to become a useful person and to launch the educational pilot project to bring up a group of scientific and technological commander-in-chief type talents and a large number of innovation-type talented people. This is of great importance to the carrying-though of the scientific development outlook, and optimization and acceleration of socialist modernized construction.
