支气管动脉内灌注中药康莱特及小剂量化疗药治疗肺癌的研究

摘　　要：109例肺癌，经支气管动脉插管灌注中药康莱特及小剂量化疗药治疗，治疗结果：完全缓解9例，部分缓解50例，稳定48例，进展2例，随访1年以上生存96例，占总数88％。说明联合用药支气管动脉灌注，可减少化疗药物的副反应及并发症，提高了患者的生命质量。109 cases of cancer of lung were treated with kanglaite injection filling in the bronchialartery and chemotherapeutic drugs in small dosages. The results showed that complete remis-sion was 9 cases, partial remission was 5O cases, stabilization was 48 cases, advance was 2cases, the survival rate after one year was 88%. The studies domonstrated that this methodof treatment could reduce side effects and complications of chemotherapeutic drugs, improvepatient's vital quality.
