摘　　要：企业信息化过程中存在不确定性,即现在与未来之间存在未知和未行的“空间”,这一空间的发展是非线性的。随着企业信息化过程的推进,它的复杂性也在不断地升级。运用沃菲尔德的复杂性理论,从认知和情景两方面分析了企业信息化过程的复杂性。Uncertainty inhering in the course of enterprise informationalization is the unknown and non-practice ＂space＂ from now to future, which is non-linear. With the course of enterprise informationalization spreading, its complexity is uninterrupted upgrade .On the basis of J.N.Warfield＇s idea about complexity,we analyze the complexity of the process of enterprise informationalization which includes two aspects of situational and cog- nitive. The research establishes base that people understand and manages the process of enterprise informationalization.
