病案复印中相关问题分析及措施研究

摘　　要：目的探讨病案复印中应遵循的原则和规范,对病案进行科学管理。方法对两年病案复印率、复印对象、复印内容及复印目的进行统计分析。结果确定了病案复印中存在的相关问题,提出相应的干预措施,保证了病案的完整性。结论实行统一管理病案,加强质量监督,确保病案规范化,以防止医疗纠纷发生。Objective To probe into the principle and standard in using MR scientifically. Method We analyzed the rate, objects, contents and alms statistically. Result We found the problems existed in MR Xerox, and put forward the intervening measure for ensuring the integrity of MR. Conclusion For avoiding the medical disputes, we must unify MR management, intensify the quality supervision and ensure the standardization of MR.
