给水管道费用函数的参数估计方法与分析

摘　　要：基于数理统计及数值方法，对给水管道费用Ｃ＝ａ＋ｂＤ￣ａ中ａ，ｂ，α的常规估计方法进行了分析，指出其不足，并提出较为合理、准确的计算方法。经比较，它在计算精度与速度上均具有一定的优势。Based on statistial and numerical methods,the analyses on the traditional parameter estimation for a,b,a in pipe cost function are given,and the defect is pointed out and a more rational and quicker method is developed.By comparison,it has advantages on both calculation accuracy and speed.
