曼月乐治疗子宫腺肌病患者的健康教育及效果评价

摘　　要：目的:探讨健康教育程序在左旋-18甲基炔诺酮宫内缓释系统(levonorgestrel-releasingintrauterinesystem,LNG-IUS;商品名为“曼月乐”)在治疗子宫腺肌病中的作用。方法:对48例子宫腺肌病的患者宫内放置曼月乐治疗,进行健康教育评估、诊断、制订实施健康教育计划和效果评价。结果:48例患者中有43例术前均有不同程度焦虑情绪,经教育后仅有3例存在轻度焦虑心理,无一例并发感染或有不遵医行为。结论:运用健康教育程序对曼月乐治疗子宫腺肌病进行健康教育可以增长患者知识,改变患者行为,提高患者的依从性。Objective： To explore the effect of health edtucation process of levonorgestrel intrauterine system in the treatment of adenomyosis. Methods： Forty-eight patients with adenomyosis were treated with levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine system, and health education process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation was used. Results： Forty-three patients showed different degree anxiety before operation, and only three of them still showed slightly anxiety after the health education. No patient broke out infection and uncompliance. Conclusion： Health education process could increase the related knowledge, change the behavior and enhance the compliance of patient.
