护理人员继续教育情况的调查分析

摘　　要：目的:了解济源市护理人员接受继续教育的现状,找出护理人员继续教育管理中存在的问题,提出相应对策。方法:由济源市卫生局统一发放调查表,调查2004-2005年度在职护理人员接受继续教育情况、订阅护理及医院感染报刊的情况。结果:护理人员继续教育培训有待进一步加强。结论:应转变领导认识,加强职业道德教育,严把护士聘用关,严格再注册考试,增加学习经费投入,继续教育应与时俱进。Objectives： To explore the condition of continuous education among nurses in Jiyuan city, to find out the problems existed in nurse continuous education management, and to bring forward against them. Method： A survey was done by the Health Bureau of Jiyuan city, all nurses in active service during year 2004 to 2005 were invested. Result： Nurse continuous education should be strengthened. Conclusion： These measures should be brought into action： changing leader understanding, strengthening occupational morality education, checking employment standards strictly, implementing reregister examination strictly, increasing education investment and updating nurse continuous education in time.
