摘 要:研究大孔树脂吸附纯化何首乌二苯乙烯苷的最佳工艺条件和参数。以二苯乙烯苷的纯度为考察指标,通过比较D101、D100、D600、NKA-9四种大孔树脂对二苯乙烯苷的吸附和解吸附性能,得出D600大孔树脂吸附和解吸附性能较好,吸附量为69.72μg/g,体积分数30%乙醇洗脱解吸率为53.06%。二苯乙烯苷最佳纯化工艺为:体积分数30%乙醇洗脱,pH 4.0,流速3 mL/min,纯度达83.3%。Abstract The purpose of this study is to evaluate the optimum condition and parameters of purifying stilbene glucoside from Polygonum multiflorum with macroporous resin. Absorption and adsorption capacities of three resins for stilbene glucoside were determined and compared, the results showed that D600 resin was better than the others and its absorption capacity was 69.72mg/g, the desorbing rate was 53.06 % when eluted with 30% ethanol and 83.3 % purification was achieved under the optimum conditions: 30% ethanol as the elution reagent, pH4.0, 3ml/min.
