摘　　要：针对挠性接头尺寸小、刚度小、易变形及不易装夹定位等特点[1],研制开发了一套精密测量系统。以LabVIEW为平台,并利用高精度扭矩传感器、高精度摆台和转台,自行研制开发了系统软件。在实际应用中达到了较高的测试精度。Flexible hinge is a kind part with small size, little rigidity and easy distortion. It is hard to be mounted. A measurement system has been developed to solve all these problems. The system is developed in LabVIEW environment and bases on high precision torsion sensor and high precision motors. It is proved to be effect in real working.
