摘　　要：目的探讨与评价大学生性与生殖健康教育的模式、内容和效果,为高校性教育提供依据。方法采用前瞻性干预研究的方法,对石河子大学2000级新生2 437名进行为期2 a的性健康教育(包括专题讲座、同伴教育、主题班会和咨询服务等),并在教育前后进行匿名问卷调查。结果通过教育,干预组学生的性与生殖健康的知识、态度、观念和行为有了明显的提高和转变,总的回答正确率由干预前的48.32%上升到71.06%,提高了22.74个百分点。结论对大学生进行性与生殖健康教育干预是可行的,且效果比较明显。Objective To discuss and assess the model, content and impact of sex and reproductive health education to the university students, and to provide bases for sexual health education in colleges. Methods A total of 2 437 fresh university students enrolled in 2000 in Shihezi University were randomly chosen. Two years＇ sexual health education was conducted to them, which included lecture, peer education, topic class-meeting and counseling. A serf-administered anonymous questionnaire survey was carried out among them. Results After the intervention, the students＇ knowledge, attitude and conception on sexual and reproduction had significantly improved. The correct answer rate increased from 48.32% to 71,06%. Conclusion Sexual and reproductive health education is feasible and effective to the college students.
