博莱霉素联合白细胞介素-2治疗非小细胞肺癌胸腔积液的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察博莱霉素(BLM)联合白细胞介素-2(IL-2)治疗非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)胸腔积液的疗效及毒副反应。方法采用中心静脉导管建立闭式引流,在胸腔积液基本干净、肺复张基础上注入BLM60mg加生理盐水50ml,IL-2200万U。结果36例患者中完全缓解(CR)20例占55.5%,部分缓解(PR)12例占33.3%,稳定(SD)4例占11.1%,CR+PR88.5%,仅部分病例有发热、胸痛、皮疹、恶心。结论BLM联合IL-2治疗NSCLC胸腔积液疗效好,毒副反应小,易为患者所接受。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and adverse effects of bleomycin combined with Interleukin-2 for malignant pleural effusions in patients with NSCLC. Methods Malignant pleural effusions were excreted cleanly from indwelling chest tube, bleomycin and Interleukin-2 were injected thorax. Results Total survival rate is 88.5 %, only part patients have fever, chest pain, tetter, nausea. Conclusion Bleomycin combined with Interleukin-2 treat patients with malignant pleural effusion from NSCLC, the efficacy are better, the adverse effects are tolerabe.
