摘 要:雅各布.明瑟尔一生当中对人力资本理论、妇女劳动力供给行为理论和工资差别及转换理论进行了独到的研究。本文从人力资本投资与劳动市场、技术与人力资本需求两方面重点论述了明瑟尔人力资本理论的内容,并着重强调了明瑟尔收益率的模型、应用及其评价。Jacob. Mincer have made a lot of special studies, in aspect of human capital, supply of female's labor, and difference and transformation in earnings in all his life. In the views of the relations between human capital investment and labor market, technology and human capital demanding, this article mainly discusses about theory of human capital belonging to Jacob ·Mincer. Moreover, this paper also emphasizes the model, application and estimate of the rate of return in Mincer.
