摘　　要：目的探讨高校图书管理人员的心理健康状况及其影响因素。方法对80名高校图书管理人员(研究组)和80名高校教师(对照组)采用症状自评量表、社会支持评定量表、家庭压力和工作压力自我评定量表进行调查、评定和对比分析。结果症状自评量表评定研究组躯体化因子分高于对照组(P<0.05),其它因子分比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);社会支持评定量表评定总评均分、客观支持分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),工作压力自评量表总分两组无显著性差异(P>0.05),家庭压力量表总分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论高校图书管理人员的心理健康水平低于高校教师,其心理健康问题不容忽视,应进一步探讨适合他们心理健康和保健的策略。Objective To investigate the states of mental health of library staff. Methods 80 library staff （study group）and 80 teachers of college（contralled group） were tested by Symptom Checklist 90（SCL- 90）, Social Support Rating Scale （SSRS）, Family Inventory of Life Events and Changes （FILE） and Work Stress Rating Scale （WSRS）, the results were rated and analysed. Results Except somatization, there were no significant difference of scores of SCL-90 between the study group and the contralled group（P〉0.05）. The library staff had lower total score of SSRS and objective support scole and higher score of WSRS than the teachers had（P〈0.05）. There were no significant difference of score of FILE between the two groups. Conclusion The state of mental health of library staff in college is not better than that of the teachers in college. The mental health of library staff in college should be paid more attention to.
