摘  要:目的:探讨在准分子激光屈光性角膜切削术(PRK)中应用丝裂霉素C对抑制角膜上皮下雾状混浊(haze)形成的效果。方法:检索Medline、OVID医学期刊全文数据库、中国学术期刊全文库、万方数据资源系统收录的1995年4月-2005年4月10年发表的关于丝裂霉素C与PRK相关的对照研究,并辅以手工检索。结果:共纳入2项随机对照试验,异质性Q检验无统计学差异(χ^2=0.17,df=1,P=0.68)。2项研究的OR值分别为0.17[95%CI0.05~0.533、0.10[95%CI0.01~0.853;合并OR值为0.14[95%CI0.05~0.403,与对照组比较差异有显著性(Z=3.75,P=0.0002)。结论:PRK术中局部应用0.02%丝裂霉素C可以明显减少高度近视眼术后的haze形成。Objectivo To evaluate the prophylactic use of mitomycin-C to inhibit haze formation after photorefractive keratectomy (PRK). Mothocls Both a computer-aided search of Medline, OVID, CNKI, Wanfang data and an intensive search by hand were conducted to identify all randomized controlled trials assessing the effect of intraoperative using mitomycin-C during PRK. Results Two studies were finally included. The Q test of homogeneity showed no difference between them (χ^2 =0. 17, dr= 1, P=0.68). The OR value of the studies were 0. 17 [95% CI 0.05-0. 53] and 0. 10 [95% CI 0. 01-0.85], respectively; the pooled OR was 0. 14 [95% CI 0. 05-0. 40], significant difference was found between experimental group and control group (Z= 3.75, P=0. 000 2). Conclusion Topical intraoperative application of 0. 02% mitomyein-C can reduce haze formation in patients with highly near-sightedness after PRK.
