摘　　要：用不同浓度的三氧化二砷(As2O3)作用于培养的胃癌MGC-803细胞,噻唑蓝(MTT)细胞活力测定显示As2O3能明显抑制MGC-803细胞生长,进一步用Hoechst33342和碘化丙啶(PI)双荧光流式细胞仪(FCM)检测和琼脂糖DNA电泳,表现明显凋亡特征,证明As2O3抑制MGC-803细胞生长是通过诱导其凋亡实现的。细胞生长抑制与细胞凋亡率相一致,具有时-效和量-效关系。By means of MTT cell vitality test, we observed the effects of different concentration of arsenic trioxide （As2O3） on antiproliferation in vitro culture of MGC - 803 cells that came from human stomach cancer. Further studies were carried out with Hoechst33342, PI flow cytometer and DNA agarose gel electrophoresis. The result indicated that arsenic tri- oxide inhibited significantly the proliferation of MGC - 803 cells by inducing apoptosis. The anfiproliferation rate was correlative to the rate of cell apoptosis, which was drug concentration and time dependent.
