摘　　要：我国中小企业的发展面临着巨大的环境挑战,针对这种现实情况,在分析得出虚拟生态工业园是提高其环境效益的有效途径的基础上,初步探索了其运行模式进行,并对信息集成共享系统的组成及信任在园区治理中的角色进行了分析。The development of SMEs （small and medium enterprises） in China is facing a serious challenge from environment. Aiming at the reality,this paper analyses and concludes that virtual EIP is the efficient approach to solve theseing problems. We have has explored its functioning pattern primarily,and analyzed the composition of the integrated shared information system and the role of trust in governance of the parks.
